Virginia Beach is a real market but I want to be straight with you about it. This is a regional market, not a major hub. The Hampton Roads area is heavily military with Naval Station Norfolk being one of the largest naval bases in the world. That military population creates consistent demand for auto transport, especially around PCS move season in the spring and summer. The closest major auction activity is not in Virginia Beach itself.
